for a special girl..

*first stop, no, I'm not a lesbian. :)

This post is for Jeline.. :)

Bru.. birthday mo na. You're a year older, wiser, better. Always think that way. walang patutunguhan ang negative thoughts di ba. happy lang. :) sa lahat ng taong kilala ko, I know you are one of the persons who best deserve to be happy.
Many people love you and you are special. We are here for you. Deng and I might not always be physically present but you know that we are willing to stop anything that we are supposed to do just to be with you.
I miss you so much. i enjoyed my stay in elbi and manila last week because of you. I miss elbi because of the moments we shared. Simpleng araw napapasaya naten. namimiss ko umorder ng pansit na kung anuano, bumili ng pagkaen kahit saan, mgkape kung maisipan, mag aral hanggang umaga, mg kwentuhan tungkol sa kahit anung bagay, umiyak dahil sa mga tangang rason at tumawa maghapon. simple memories but since they are shared with the best friends I have, they will always be treasured and locked in my heart. :)
Basta bru, kahit anu pa mangyari, alam mo naman na meron ka Chin, Deng, Chai, Amie, Dondon, Lianne, Mon, Vivi at madaming madami pa.
You are a treasure for me, and I know all of your friends think the same way as I do. We are greatful to have you... Love you Bru.. Dito lang kami. :) see you soon... guguluhin ko ulit buhay mo. haha. :)

Happy birthday Bru!

you decide

it's hard to tell which decision's better;
it's hard to tell who is wiser;
it's hard to judge and have a stand,
when you know for a fact that everything has a reason.
and every person is good- and bad at times.
it is also hard to say your opinion;
knowing others also have their own right to contradict your thoughts.

every person has a point.
has a right to express.
has the freedom to choose.

it is only up for the person to decide-
which path to take,
which road will be left untraveled.

these are just my thoughts.
not poems. just thoughts this time.

love me. hate me.

my life's canvas

this is my blog.. my story.. my thoughts.. me. :)
love me. hate me.

missing them..

I was browsing through friendster and saw these pics. i miss them so much. :)

bungisngis kung bungisngis...

shopping :)

After a whole day's work, it is nice to relax and spend time for myself. I always do this because I think I also deserve to be pampered and besides, my mind also need some time off. One of my favorite things to do would be to shop. :) Even if a little dress or a ponytail would make me happy. As long as I bought something from the mall, then I am ok with that.

While surfing the Internet, again, I visited the article from New York Times. I already mentioned that before but that article was really interesting with all the tips that are included in it. Also, did I mentioned anything about Zenni Optical in the New York Times?!

And with that article, i visited the site of Zenni. I really want to shop in that store specially because of their promo Prescription eyeglasses for only $8! Now, who would not want that? I browse through their site and checked some of the designs. Here's what I found:
I love nerdy but stylish glasses and this one would be my favorite. Now i really appreciate the article in New York Times entitled Seeing Straight Without Breaking Bank. Aside from seeing straight, you are not wasting your money and you also keep the style.

Now, I'm off to the mall and hope to find a nice pair of glasses such as the one above. :)

random.

thoughts. thoughts. thoughts.

*you having a testosterone does not excuse you from being an infidel (effect of watching the probe)
*i think sleep is just a habit. i can live without it. but not for a long time.
*i miss reading.
*i'm torn again.
*there are just some people who are full of themselves. If you can't stand their attitude, the door is always open. leave.
*try not to care too much about what other people say. just because you are sensitive, don't expect that others are also sensitive of what you feel.
*i'm excited.
*32 days to go. ;)

past and present part2

I saw this quote from a page in my organizer, Belle de Jour.
Learn to achieve what you really want and love the things you already have.
A quote that can be used in different instances. A quote that reminds me once again that I have to serve a purpose in this life.

But this quote does not solve the dilemma I currently have. I cannot continue wanting something if the things I have today contradicts to what I want to achieve. The situations asks for me to choose but I don't want to make any decision yet.

If I will pursue my wants, I will lose my present. If i hold on to the present, will I be happy and willing to let go of the things I want?

Useful and fashionable pair of eyes

Aside from writing, my day would not end without reading. I love to read even simple essays or short stories of other people. I always have a book beside my bed so that I can easily get it before I get to sleep. With this hobby, I'm wondering if my eyesight is still 20/20.
I'm in front of the computer screen almost the whole day and I read even when I lying on my bed. This only shows that I am using my eyes too often. Now I'm thinking if I already need a pair of reading glasses since there are times that my head and eyes hurt after a whole day's work.
Browsing through the Internet, I came across this article in New York Times. It talks about some helpful tips in buying eye glasses and it mentioned about the Zenni Optical. As I checked the site, I was amazed with the wide choices of eyeglasses. Some stuff caught my attention and there are really a lot of choices available.
These are the pair of glasses that really caught my attention because of the simple yet chic look of the frames. Also, I think I can wear this at home or even outside. It looks so comfortable to wear.

Even if i have a good pair of eyes at the moment and they are not failing me yet, I would still love to buy this. They look really comfortable and fashionable at the same time. Now that is important in buying your glasses. Know if it is good to look at and if it is comfortable to wear.

Happy reading! :)

love and letting go...

I think I'll be writing more about love for the whole month of February. :) There are just too many things entering my mind that concerns the topic. Maybe because I miss my friends who bombard me before about issues on love. I miss those talks. I admit some of them are totally stupid but most of these memories are treasured until now because these talks are the truest that we shared.

Love, as I witnessed myself and through the eyes of the people I know, is a force that made a person act selfish and selfless at the same time. The way that you view the situation will affect how you will approve or disapprove of your own actions. As for me, I felt selfish while others think that my actions are manifestations of selflessness. This is what I realize now. But I never understood this when I was in that height of "love" (or the thought of it).

A person loves because that is what he or she feels. I cannot think of other reason that can justify the act of loving but the actual act in itself. Now, when it comes to letting go, this is the part where you recognize the love, accept it, but you have to think of reality, practicality, and maybe, other people who are also involved in your situation. This is where you think, and this is where a person normally acts stupid.

I don't know why I'm saying this now and I don't know if you should believe me. But this time, one thing's for sure... I don't want to think and I am not letting go. :)

Money through Blogging

For a person who loves to write, blogging is one of the most common outlets of that passion. There are some who prefer to write and keep a blog as an online diary while there are others who simply want to share stories about anything under the sun. However, there are also some people who enjoy writing and are getting paid for it.

This is also possible through paid blogging. When you have a blog, you can search for possible advertisers and they will be the one who can fund your blog. You will have to render some service and this is done by making a buzz or a review of the advertising company. Hence, you get paid to blog and you are still able to enjoy your passion to write.

You can search the Internet for possible advertisers or you can simply announce in your blog that you are accepting blog reviews. All that you will need is to understand the process on
how to earn through blogging.

This is another opportunity that anyone can try. A little effort to search for advertisers and added time must be allotted so that you can earn extra income. You may be wondering if there are many advertisers who can be willing to pay you and you just have to start on your search and be amazed how much you can earn through your own blog.

Happy writing everyone! :)

Love Month

I was not supposed to blog but when I read about a plurk from Paulo Coelho, I decided that I need to stop writing about weight loss, autism, mortgage, and other topics that I am not really interested in.

May I quote Coelho,
"The wise are wise only because they love. The foolish are foolish only because they think they can understand love."

This made me think; hence, I'm foolish.

I over analyze things. Every word uttered and action done always mean something for me. That is the reason why I always feel uncomfortable and now, not contented with the situation I am in. When I say something, I mean it. There are subliminal thoughts in it that you should try to understand. Well, I forgot, that is just me. People are different and I should stop thinking too much.

I thought I know what love is. But in fact, I don't. I can't even say that I love (or loved) a person or not. I am foolish for thinking but still not getting an answer to my own questions.

Maybe this will be answered... in time... when I am no longer seeking for an answer and the question would no longer matter to me.

This February air is so creeping me out. <_<

Planning to Lose Weight?

Many people think that a beautiful person must be thin. This may not always be the case but the photos of the skinny models are rampant in beauty magazines. This only shows that being skinny is linked to an individual's beauty.

This is also the reason why there are many people who wants to lose weight. However, losing weight is never easy. There are many important matters that should be considered. You will see different claims for top diet pills and lose weight programs but for some people, they do not really get the desired result. This is because there are some things that work while there are others that do not. There are many advertisements that you may be interested in and what you should do is to carefully assess your options.

You have to find the right kind that you should use. There are diet pills that work but you have to search for them in the market. You can try the diet pill reviews available online so that you will know if the kind that you will try will really work. Also, you have to consider your health and safety before you try any kind of diet, pill or exercise regimen. Your health will always be an important factor that is not worth risking even if your goal is to achieve a more attractive physique.

February..

Spread the LOVE.. :x

Make it colorful...

Love is not all about the kisses from your husband.
It is not shown in a simple gesture.
Love is not measured by the gifts that you receive.
It is never shown through material things.

Think of love as something that you willingly give to other people.
It is what you feel for your family, friends, and even strangers.
Love is best felt when it is given, shared, and appreciated.
If other people do not, at least, love yourself and your God.

I love you! :)
